These wedding engagement photos were taken in Seattle in May.   The wedding photos were shot in Seattle on a June date.   Since the wedding engagement photography and wedding photography were taken on different dates, there were 2 totally different photography conditions to contend with

For the wedding engagement photography there was a limited amount of natural light due to cloudy Seattle conditions.   Since the couple desired black and white photos, I used a "Soff Box" flash system to enhance the lighting of the wedding engagement photos

On the day we did the wedding photography, the light in Seattle was very clear and crisp.   It was important to choose a more creative location and camera angles.

If these two components were not taken into consideration, even the best supermodel photos would have looked harsh and washed out.    Balancing the Seattle light and using the proper lenses are important for great color wedding photography photos!
